PRICES ARE QUOTED: Inclusive of V.A.T. in South Africa Rands. Subject to availability.
PRICE CHANGES: All tariffs quoted are subject to change, without prior notice, however
rates quoted for confirmed bookings will be honored.
PRICES INCLUDE: Luxury accommodation. Three meals daily. All beverages excluding drinks from our premium wine list. Tea & Coffee.
PRICES EXCLUDE: Shop purchases. Premium drinks from our premium drinks list. Telephone
calls. Laundry Service. Airport transfers.
ACCOMMODATION: 6 Suites. One Large Grand Loft Sea Facing Suite. 2 Superior Suites Sea Facing. 3 Luxury Mountain Facing suites. All rooms come standard with air-conditioning, under floor heating, private mini-bar, private safe, hairdryer, en-suite bathroom complete with bath and shower, luxury linen, Flat Screen TV with Satellite Television, in room phone, 24-hour Wi-Fi connection.
FACILITIES & ACTIVITIES: Outside balcony with uninterrupted sea views, lounge, bar service and dining room, a
Library with business facilities, premium wine selection, seasonal organic menu.
CHILDREN: Children over 8 are welcome (children booked in additional rooms)
PAYMENT: Direct Bookings: A deposit of 25% of the total accommodation charge
is required to confirm a provisional reservation and full payment is required 4 weeks
prior to arrival. Tour-operators are required to prepay in full 4 weeks prior to arrival,
unless otherwise arranged. There is a 5% surcharge on credit card payments for commissionable
bookings. Extras may be settled on departure. We accept all credit cards except
Diners Club.
FIFA World Cup: Full pre-payment required of the total accommodation charge to confirm bookings during the period 01 June 2010 - 15 July 2010. Please note the full pre-paid amount is non-refundable.
Group Reservations: For full rental of the lodge 6 twin/double rooms a 20% discount will apply.
CANCELLATIONS: Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Four weeks before arrival - 50% of full amount refundable.
Two weeks before arrival – 25% of full amount refundable.
One week or less – non-refundable.
FIFA World Cup: Any time before arrival – non-refundable.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE: Check in time is any time from 2:00 pm and check-out time is at 10:00 am. (Negotiable subject to availability)
